GRADUATE TRAINING PROGRAM

Companies and Startups are often faced with skills gap - the variance between the skills they need and the actual skills candidates have to offer. Therefore, the available talent pool must be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their various career paths. This graduate training program within our organisation is in line with our goal of solving people and process-related gaps:

• The primary objective of implementing this program would be to attract, train, and nurture young talent and also build a pipeline of skilled professionals who will bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas that would contribute to the organisation's long-term success
• Participants will attend training sessions and workshops to enhance their business skills, soft skills, and industry knowledge for success in their respective roles
• As the job market becomes more competitive, pairing each graduate with a seasoned professional who will serve as their mentor, providing guidance, support, and feedback throughout the program

Each participant will be trained on Entrepreneurship & Business Management, Fundamentals of Data Analytics and Future-Forward skills. Our trainers are certified by Nigeria's top bodies and certifications will be awarded at the end of the program.
